 Today, the House Committee on Veterans’ Affairs, led by Chairman Mike Bost (R-Ill.), reported out 25 bills to be eligible for consideration by the full House of Representatives. Remarks on each of these bills can be found here.

“From ending the Biden-era control over veterans’ healthcare choice, to modernizing the VA disability compensation benefits and appeals process, to cutting down on scams and fraud, to protecting deployed servicemembers homes from squatters, to bringing needed accountability to VA’s VR&E program, our committee reported out 25 vitally important bills this week on behalf of the men and women who have served leading into the August district work period,” said Chairman Bost. “I want to thank the sponsors of each of these bills for their work. These 25 bills represent a significant step forward towards working with the Trump administration to effect real change at VA for veterans and their families.”
