Over the weekend, Rep. Phil Roe, M.D. (R-Tenn.), Chairman of the House Committee on Veterans’ Affairs, led a bipartisan delegation in visits to Ramstein Air Base and Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany.

During the stop, members received a mission briefing from Major General Timothy G. Fay and a MEDEVAC brief from the 86th Airlift Wing. Following the briefings at Ramstein, the members received briefings from Regional Health Command Europe, Consul General Jim Herman on Mission Germany and visited with patients at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center.

Chairman Roe is joined by Disability Assistance and Memorial Affairs Subcommittee Chairman Mike Bost (R-Illi.) and Reps. Neal Dunn, M.D. (R-Fla.), Lou Correa (D-Calif.) and Andy Harris, M.D. (R-Md.).
