Today, Chairman Phil Roe, M.D. (R-Tenn.) released the hearing schedule for January 29 – February 2.

WHO: House Committee on Veterans’ Affairs

WHAT: Appeals Reform: Will VA’s Implementation Effectively Serve Veterans?

WHEN: 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 30, 2018

BACKGROUND: The hearing will review the Department of Veterans Affairs’ plans for implementing the Veterans Appeals Improvement and Modernization Act of 2017 (P.L. 115-55). Additionally, the hearing will assess the effectiveness of the department’s execution of the Rapid Appeals Modernization Program (RAMP).
