WHO: House Committee on Veterans’ Affairs WHAT: Appeals Reform: Will VA’s Implementation Effectively Serve Veterans? BACKGROUND: The hearing will review the Department of Veterans Affairs’ plans for implementing the Veterans Appeals Improvement and Modernization Act of 2017 (P.L. 115-55). Additionally, the hearing will assess the effectiveness of the department’s execution of the Rapid Appeals Modernization Program (RAMP). |
