WHAT: “VA Mail Management: The Case of the $11,257 Package”

BACKGROUND: The hearing will focus on problems with VA’s management of its outgoing mail, including the findings of a GAO report entitled, “Veterans Affairs: Actions Needed to More Effectively Manage Outgoing Mail,” which continued an investigation initiated by the committee.
