No mandatory email for VA claims, lawmaker says

The chief sponsor of a House bill that would allow email to replace regular mail for notifying veterans about progress in processing their disability and benefits claims said Monday that he wants to speed the claims process, but has no intention of forcing veterans who are uncomfortable with computers to sign on. |
