RELEASE: Chairman Roe Thanks President Trump for 100 Days of Prioritizing America's Veterans

Today, Chairman Phil Roe, M.D. (R-Tenn.) released the following statement thanking President Trump for making veterans a priority in the first 100 days of his presidency:

“In the first 100 days of his presidency, it’s abundantly clear that President Trump has made advocating for America’s heroes one of his highest priorities. His actions in the past week are a testament to that commitment. Last week, President Trump signed into law a bill that would allow veterans to continue accessing quality care in the community, and just yesterday he issued an executive order to create an entire office dedicated to instilling accountability at the Department of Veterans Affairs. I thank President Trump for leading the charge to bring wholesale reform to VA, and I look forward to continuing to work with the administration to honor and support our nation’s heroes.”
