You and your staff are cordially invited to attend a meeting with advocates for veterans who are incarcerated. This meeting will be held on Wednesday, JANUARY 19, 2000, between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. in Room 334 Cannon House Office Building. The meeting has been organized by Citizens United for Rehabilitation of Errants (CURE) to discuss legislative and administrative issues involving incarcerated veterans.

The Bureau of Justice Statistics of the U.S. Department of Justice is expected to release a study on incarcerated veterans on Tuesday, January 18^th. It is expected that copies of the study will be available at the meeting.
